Delivery and Returns
FREE UK DELIVERY
For our UK customers we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day, free of charge. A signature is required, and orders must be made by 2.30pm. We like to keep things simple and we think this option will cover most requirements. However, for those customers living within the M25, we may even be able to arrange for same day delivery. Please get in touch as soon as possible for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We regret that we cannot supply our products internationally at this current time.
FREE 90 DAY RETURNS
That you should be satisfied with your Le-Curve jewellery is a given BUT it is not enough for us; we want you to LOVE it. If you find yourself reconsidering your choice or wish you had chosen something different, we are happy to help you exchange your item or provide a full refund. All UK Returns are completely FREE.
You have up to 90 days from the date you receive your order to return your items and apply for a refund. We just ask that the jewellery arrives back with us looking as beautiful as when you received it. We also happily accept earrings for a full refund. They are thoroughly cleaned at our workshop before resale.
Do check our list of Return Exceptions below to make sure your item is eligible for exchange or return and contact us before sending anything back to us.
Then all you need to do is email us at: returns@le-curve.com Please include your Name, Order Number and, if possible, your reason for the Return. You don’t have to give us a reason but it would be very helpful for us to understand our customers’ needs as much as we can. We will then send you details on how to return your item, including a handy link to create your pre-paid returns postage label for all UK orders.
We will let you know when your item is safely back with us and when we have processed your refund. We aim to have your money refunded to you within 1-2 working days of the item being returned.
RETURNS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
We hope you will understand that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for bespoke or personalised items. This is because these items cannot be re-sold. Items which have been damaged, other than in transit, and items which have been with you for longer than 90 days cannot be returned. Similarly, we are unable to accept returns of items which may have been damaged in transit but where we have not been notified of the problem promptly. We may be able to offer you access to our repair service – see “OTHER SERVICES” below.
FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE
We take great pride in the time, expertise and the quality of workmanship that go into the making of every piece of our jewellery. We want you to have the same faith in us and in our products as we do. We therefore guarantee all our products against defective workmanship for a period of five years. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
OTHER SERVICES WE OFFER
Repairs: Accidents can and do happen. We offer a repair service here in the UK to all our customers. If you wish to use this service, please send an email to info@le-curve.com detailing the problem with photos attached. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for the repair and instructions as to where/how to return the damaged item. If you accept our quote and wish us to proceed with the repair, we will need full payment in advance before work can begin.
Bespoke Items: We are always open to ideas about personalising our jewellery or producing bespoke products. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any ideas you may have at info@le-curve.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible and, if we think we can help, we will we will email you detailing our understanding of your requirements, an approximate date by which the order will be ready for despatch and a quote for the price. Please note we will only be able to commence work when we have received your written consent to go ahead and you have paid the full amount.
